It was an exciting evening of literati on April 27, 2024, when Mr Femi Adesina, President Muhammadu Buhari’s former Spokesman, read sections of his new book, ‘Working with Buhari’, at Uyo Book Club. I’m glad I was there! Writen in Adesina’s traditional simple style, the book is a distillation and documentation of some “soft” moments and events that happened during his sojourn in Aso Rock. Adesina was the pioneer editor of Daily Sun newspaper. Infact, he was the one who interviewed me in 2003, when I went to the Sun Publishing Company for a job.
